Always nice to have more people on movie block ranks.
Well, elves are probably the only culture i didn''t ever make any deck, simple cause i don't like their "auto-brokeness" (will not spam your threat explaining this) but if you wanna win they are a good way to go, and i have played against very solid elven deck.
- First of all i recommend you start
Greenleaf instead of Arwen, he is more versatile and can help you more in the beggining (otherwise you could be Moria Swarmed at site 4 or 5).
-
Elven Bow are nice but they can be useless or even a huge problem against many popular shadows, like enduring guls,
high vantage southrons, shelob, cosairs, etc. I recommend you remove at least 2 of them and go for a more fighting aproach. Also you are missing some key cards:
Aiglos (on Gil-Galad or
Cirdan for a more beatdown aproach or on
Greenleaf against Moria or Dunlad).
Elven Sword can save Galadriel's life, Helps in cycling and works nicely with Glimpse of Faith.
-
Sam, SoH !!!! When i plan to make some new movie block deck with my real cards i think: "let's see how many
Sam, SoH i have left!" He is your man against corruption and burdening. He can hit the table, remove 3 burdens, and be sacrificed to the more biggest and nasty minion you face next site

- I would also put some more companion copies and you may need some extra healing with
Shadow Between. Also if you find room you can put
Faramir, SoD and/or some copies of that "draw a lot of cards at fellowship phase" event. That way you can make your deck a little bigger.
- If Cirdain is your main character why not put his ring on the deck?
Like i said i'm no experto on elves, but that was my toughts based on my experience playing against them.
If you want tips for the southron side i probably can make some suggestions also (i play them for a long time in my Malachi's Ent Killer Deck"

).
Hope that helps.
