taking off the ring

Maybe there`s another topic that covers this question, but I couldn't`t find it...
When worn, rings in general say, until the regroup phase.
When exactly is it taken off? Because otherwise it would be: at the start.
This moment is pretty important for when I`m wounding with my shadow during the regroup phase...
who has experience with this matter?

or, in the case of
the ring of rings
and other response rings, if you put them on in the regroup, they are taken off at the end of the regroup.

Indeed, but only those rings allow you to take burdens instead of burdens during regroup.
