Most ROS MW went for about 80-120 about 6 months ago. The ones that have soldmore recently have gone for between 20 (ring of savagry) and 80 (throne of minas tirith).  The higher range sounds right for Theoden but I have not seen one for sale recently.

Which is worth more: the tengwar version, or the original card?

I would say that because Tengwar cards are guaranteed in an anthology... The original versions are worth more.

On a similar note, do most people value foreign rares (such as a spanish foil) more than the english versions?

1x Complete Foil Set 9 (Reflections) -52 cards
1x Complete Legends Masterworks Set (Black Rider) -9 cards
1x Complete Set 14 (Expanded Middle Earth) -15 cards

I would agree with Lurtzy on most of the values.  SoG should get a note though that it often sells for about $50 but also sells quite often for $80 so I would put the value around 65-70.  The expanded middle earth I would put at about $15 for just the cards and about $30 for the three sealed packs.

Uruk Vanguard foil $4
Green Dragon Inn foil $10
Ugluk, Servant of Saruman foil $10
Gwaihir, The Windlord (O) $30 (i know that people pay 2-3 times more on ebay...
Ulaire Attea, Desirous of Power (O) $15

I have seen the Ugluk go for much less but agree with most of King's values.  Why so much for the Green Dragon Inn??

As for those masterworks, I think they are easily worth twice that.

I agree that the MW foils are probably worth about double that.

$50-60 for the Gwaihir,
$45-50 for Gandalf, PG
$30 for Quickbeam

I'm currently watching the Beorning Axe (O) on ebay to see how much mine is worth.. currently at $48 with almost 2 days to go  =D>

Keening Wail is about 4$-8$. Although it is a very nice and strong card, shadows is a expansion with one of the most booster produced. Furthermore I want to say, that ebay does not show us how much a card worth is in real collecter's mind.

The Pressure caused by time and the reason, no one want to loose it's favourite item makes people spend much more money than they would do without auctions. So, please, do not take ebay as a reference for creating prices. They are too often overestimated.
