Hoe much would a set of Arwen, Maiden of Rivendale, Gandalf, Stormcrow, and Eomer, Forthwith Banished go for?

The Gimli, Elendil, Boromir, and Isildur don't sound too bad, but you definitely paid too much for The Red Arrow and Scroll of Isildur.

Of course, this all depends on their availability from your point of view - considering worldwide distribution, you may have gotten a great deal.

It's hard to tell someone on the other side of the world if they got a good deal or not when you're sitting on mountains of cards and they might not be.

You should call Hill's Wholesale Gaming (http://www.wholesalegaming.com) and see if they'll use (and charge appropriately for) a USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate ENVELOPE (should be $13.45) to ship a box to you. They've got some of the overall best prices on the web, and really great customer service.

Sure thing! I'm in the midst of setting up my Paypal so I can really get stuff, and with the stuff, hopefully kickstart LotR TCG in my area! :D

No way, Chief. I wouldn't pay more than $1 for any of them except maybe $2 for Gimli, Bearer of Grudges.

I would give someone $5 to take my copies of the Red Arrow.

But they are worth more than $1 right? I thought they were worth it, considering how online is much more expensive to buy and ship.

Here's the thing about "value" in trading card games...if you are building a deck that wins games and brings you joy, then the value would be high. But if you are talking about placing a monetary value on a card, most cards aren't worth much unless they are scarce. And since I can buy full Reflections sets for about $22.50 a pop, I wouldn't suggest those cards are very scarce.

Gimli, Bearer of Grudges is the best of the cards you reeled in. And while you are taking suggestions for websites, why not take a look at www.ccgobsession.com for singles? Some of their prices are a little higher; however, they also have some great deals on cards as well.

Your best bet for cheap cards will always be eBay.

90% of ccg isn't realistic in anyway, don't believe this page. some of the offered cards MAY have correct pices, but most of them... no need to talk about. ;)

by the way: nowadays you cannot really give true statements about prices, because ebay does it. one day you pay e.g for a masterworks thorongil US$ 40, 1 day later US$ 25...
