Hi and welcome to my Dream..
I am Mager. I am a Card Dreamer and a notorious player.
I have been designing Dream cards for 5 years.
I managed to make them all into 5 volumes, each features diffierent aspects and dreamscapes of Middle-Earth....


Collection: Bowmen Fancy
Cultures: [Moria] [Elven] [Gondor] [Wraith] [Rohan]

[3] • Poison Arrow [Moria]
Condition • Support Area
Play at an underground site. You may play this condition during archery
phrase.
Each time a companion is wounded during the archery phrase,
you may spot a [Moria] archer minion and remove [1] to exert that companion or
add a threat.
Discard this condition at the start of the regroup phrase.

[2] Moria Huntsmen [Moria]
Minion • Orc
Strength: 3
Vitality: 1
Site: 4
Archery: Discard this minion and remove [2] to wound a companion.

[7] •  Captain of Moria [Moria]
Minion •  Orc
Strength: 13
Vitality:3
Site: 4
Archery: Exert Captain of Moria and remove [3] to reveal the top card of your draw deck. If
it is a [Moria] card, you may take it into hand and add [5].

Comments:
The above cards can put up a very deadly strategy.
Not only do they help enriching the pool, but also exhausting companions with ease.
With a bit more planning, you shall even suprise your very opponent with archery wounds, exertions and even
fatal hit.

What's the difference between this and an archery event that says "If the fellowship is at an underground site, each time a companion takes a wound this phase you may spot a [Moria] archer minion and remove [1] to exert that companion or add a threat"? It just feels as though if you can surprise people with it and it gets discarded at the regroup phase, in what way is this a condition? I think I might instead go for something like:

[1] Poison Arrow [Moria]
Event • Response
If a companion has just taken a wound in the archery phase at an underground site, you may spot a [Moria] archer minion to exert that companion or add a threat.

[2] Moria Huntsmen [Moria]

Strength: 3

This seems very powerful - Orkish Lackey powerful (and at least he requires some cultural enforcement).

Archery: Exert Captain of Moria and remove [3] to reveal the top card of your draw deck. If
it is a [Moria] card, you may take it into hand and add [5].
This is quite cool. [Moria] telepathy you could justify in the flavour with tunnelling or delving etc. and seems like a fun idea.

Each time a companion loses a skirmish involving a [Moria] minion, the free people player must either choose to discard all possesions
borned by that companion, discard his or her hand or add 4 burdens.

too many options.  I'd make it discard at the beginning of the regroup phase, and the problem with the discarding options is they can do it once and than keep choosing it...So I'd go with 3 burdens or assign 3 wounds to companions or something

Quick note - if you want the 0 twilight symbol, you need to use round brackets so ( 0 ) without the spaces, because for some reason [ 0 ] gives you a bullet point. You also can't have an event with 2 simultaneous phase words - it needs to be Event • Archery or Event • Response - nor can it be unique. Unless you meant it to be a condition, which would make some sense. If so, then you also will need to replace the response action with an Each time because otherwise you get infinite twilight for 1 discard. But, I'm a bit curious why it triggers off something getting discarded - it would do the same job if it was "Archery: Spot a [Moria] minion and a [Moria] condition to add [2]."

Can you choose impossible options? I never remember the ruling on this one... But I do agree with SoP that the card does do quite a large number of unrelated things, and it could perhaps be slimmed down.
