I've thought mine out hard. 8 wounds a turn, at least 20 twilight a turn (not including moving) and 8 cards into hand if they move in the regroup phase, which would add another 8 wounds and at least 20 twilight. Plus the Orcs, 13 conditions (19 strength Butcher) and any small orcs that would increase in strength through
Strength Born of Fear, and some bigger orcs as well

Not fun to play against. Even cards like Sleep, Carahdaras can only slow it down. Anyone know any
