Is Black Rider (P)being in the Black Rider set the only reason you can think of not including it? What if it was a reprint of a Movie-eligible promo? Should Nobody Tosses a Dwarf be cut from Movie as well?

Point is, on the Promo timeline, it makes sense that you can use it. And it is not over-powered for what it does; in fact, I love the balance quite a bit. Honestly, I would probably never use him, but I think that the cost-benefit ratio is pretty on point.

I like the pic for Mr. Underhill (P), too. It's a refreshing change from chronically knitted eyebrows:

What is that?
What is THAT?
Where are we going?
Are you coming back?
Oh hey! You're the lady from the test.

Although he might just be mesmerized by the shiny.

Though I'm quite tired of the eyebrows, I must say the worst pic is Old Bilbo's Heir. So gay girlish. (lol that made no sense)

And I love HoFP (it's quite dramatic) and promo RH.

I think 0P20 isnt legal because it isnt another card from a legitimate block in Movie.

Anyone know why is it numbered 0P20 when it was released much later than other promos?

If for no other reason than ease of explanation, every promo up to the Binding Ring should be legal, imo. That way we have an easy to follow rule that people understand. Black Rider and the Weta cards should be legal for that reason.

We need to make things EASY to understand. That will get us players. Movie format in particular is the most potentially attractive format to returning players for several reasons: A) They probably already have movie format cards. B) They are pretty easy to get and cheaper. C) Its the most balanced and easy to understand blocks.

So my vote is that Movie block consists of every promo up to 069 The Binding Ring.

We could of course run a poll for GCCG players only. Most likely very few have these cards in real life.
