Glorfindel and Grond

2 separate questions:

1. Can Glorfindel, RiW reveal a card even if he is skirmishing a minion which is not a nazgul and can he reveal a card if he is not skirmishing at all? (Notice that both questions are essentially the same and both answers must be either positive or negative)

2. Can I remove  (0) from Grond, HotU and discard a FP card that has a cost of (0)? I think I can, my friend (who was on the other side of Grond) thinks I cannot.

You do not have to be skirmishing a Nazgul with Glorfindel.

You can remove no tokens and discard a minion (or Grond) to discard a Free People's card that costs (0).

Like mustard after meal (as we say in Holland) (direct translation of sayings is gold btw) but I agree with Ket. Yes to both questions.

1) Yes, as long as it is the FP turn to take a skirmish action.
2) Yes
