Well it appears that Special AgentDrake has fouled up my killing once again. I will need to find a way to get rid of this pest and quick.

As for the random killing it was done because I need more time to get ready for the next, that and it appears when I set the bomb off at CC I killed more people than intended and all but a few active survivors made it to this camp

I arrived back at the chariot rental with all the intentions of taking the life of one Rathmaker. To my surprise, Rathmaker was was talking to Special AgentDrake and Officer DainIronfoot. Even more surprising the clerk of the evidence room SoP made the international trip to help prevent this killing. I quickly hid away my pistol and approached the four. I asked them what was going on and they told me a killer was on the loose and I need to vacate the area. While walking away I had a few good chuckles to myself and slid off undetected.

Upon returning to their squad car an 'N' was keyed into the side of it.

A few days had past now and I decided it was time to get my next kill. As I approached the door of the department to drop off the letter I glanced at my watch. It was Ten O'clock, and I had other business to attend to so I slid the letter under the police department door and went on my way.

My next target has been in on this all along. One awful person is he. They helped kill Mr. Lurtzy and I don't trust killers who need convincing to kill. I will be making a hasty visit to this betrayer of cops. You can either choose to protect him or let him die for what he has done to a fellow officer. The choice is yours to make, but be careful about your choices people aren't always who they appear to be .

You have 48 hours to make your decision.

We're also back to odd capitalization. Maybe it's just a red herring, but T and O in "Ten O'clock" shouldn't be capitalized. Maybe they just assume it should be for some reason. *shrug*

Also, maybe it's just me, but this guy's clues are much different than the complex death traps he had at CC. Significant? Hmmm....

Well, as I recall people complained too much about the death traps, and he started throwing in a few simpler traditional knock-off jobs. I liked the deathtraps, but oh well.

Time has run out for my target. It would appear quite obvious that my next victim would be lem0nhead, but why take a chance on breaking into a jail to kill someone. Not to mention I stated to choose wisely as people aren't always who they appear to be

Using the time of day I dropped off my letter to decode it would reveal my intended victim. The letter was delivered at 10 o'clock and by reading every ten letters you will get gilwilldie. With proper spacing it reads gil will die, and now he has.

My next victim is being tracked as we speak and the clue will be left shortly

You all moaned at that at the start! Well you didnt do a very good job of saving poor old GE, you just made fun of incogs spots! How silly thinking it was me when you locked me up for shooting lurtzy in the head!

maybe he wash going to break in...so cause o and clock were improperly capitalized I should have spontaneously decided to go every ten words? ok it was feasible but anyway...yeah we protested...everyone protests change...but it started to grow on me...made things interesting...
