Move limit modifiers last for the whole turn. So Kralik was correct in his interpretation of Traitor's Voice.

Yes, it is a key point when playing Radagast (and a good reason to kill him quickly if you are tripling from 6 to 9). Which is why I like my Traitor's Voice deck, because they are stuck even if they manage to discard it. ;)
