Are you going for corruption or wounding? If you're focusing on wounding,
The Ring is Mine won't help because it doesn't trigger
Gates of the Dead City.
If you're using
Ulaire Otsea, RiT, you might want to throw in a couple of copies of
Blade Tip, which will trigger
GotDC (as well as dealing more wounds to other companions).
As for adding more

Orcs, you might want to go with the exert-to-wound guys to get more wounds out there and maybe pick off some exhausted companions.
The main problem I can see with this deck is twilight, between the Nazgul, the roaming penalties for

minions,
IWtbF, and
Orc Bowmen.
Further thoughts:
You might want to use
Orc Cutthroat and
Orc Taskmaster to help with the twilight.
Enduring Evil is a good pump for this deck, and
Above the Battlement can get back the Morgul Skulkers. If you want to throw in some cheap trackers,
Under the Watching Eye would help, although that might be too much going on at once.
Other cards that at least deserve a mention include:
Legions of Morgul (for a domino effect when you're ready to make a kill)
Peril (saves twilight)
You Bring Great Evil (stops a companion from healing)
