Yeah, you have The Saga of Elendil for movie, but it's much more affected by removal than Ranger's cloak which I use in Standard to push his vitality.

And you'd have to include some ents in an Anarion Deck.

What about Anarion + Aragorn, Wingfoot + Merry and Pippin with Everyone knows. And a ent to play your conditions with, maybe an ally if you don't want to have 6 companions. Dagger Strike could be used a few time as a pump for Gondor and Shire companions.
