You are right ket, with this abillity Elrond may be too powerful. I added the word 'exhausted' which will makes it harder to use. Just look at the previous post.

[3] •Galadriel, Sanctuary Keeper from Lothlorien [Elven]
Ally • Home 6 • Elf
Strength: 3
Vitality: 3
Each time the fellowship moves to a sanctuary, heal Galadriel.
Fellowship or Regroup: Exert Galadriel to make an opponent play the fellowship's next site or exert her twice to play the fellowship's next site (replacing the opponent's site if necessary).

Here is a Pathfinder-like Galadriel to work with my yet-to-be-named card. Anyone got a better subtitle for me? The ability can be interesting in multiplayer games.

Galadriel, Elven Wet Dream?

I really like the card. My understanding is that you can exert her to play your opponent's next site or exert her twice to play your own. Is that a correct interpretation?

That said, it may need to be cleared up just a bit.
-wtk
If you exert Galadriel once, it basically makes your opponent play his site before you move. Any non-pornographic subtitle I could use for her?

Could anyone explain me, what is going on? There seems to be a vealed sense  :-k

Ok guys. I edited the first post to place an updated list of all the DCs I made. I named my un-named condition 'Valinor'.

What do you guys think of this one?

[2]In Need of Elvish Medecine [Elven]
Condition • Support Area
Regroup: If no companion is stacked here, add a burden and spot an exhausted companion (except the ring-bearer) to stack that companion here.
Fellowship: Spot an Elf at a sanctuary to play a companion stacked here as if played from hand.
"This is beyond my skill to heal. He needs Elvish medicine."

Not bad. Better wording would be "... to stack that companion here."

How about Echo of Valinor as a title? Calling something straight Valinor seems a bit off to me.

Thanx for your rewording, even if the word companion appears 3 times in the same sentence. For your suggestion, it is a pretty nice name, however it is like Rest for the Weary, there is already a card named Echoes of Valinor. Other suggestion for Valinor are welcome and I'm still looking for a better subtitle for Galadriel.

Thanx for reviewing my mistakes ket. :p

Really not doing well at this am I? ;)

I'm going to stop suggesting titles now!

[1] Elven Horse [Elven]
Possession • Mount
Strength: +1
Bearer must be an Elf.
Each time the fellowship moves to a sanctuary, bearer is strength +1 until the end of the turn.
Discard Elven Horse when at an underground site.

I decided that there will also be a bunch of cards working with exhausted companions, like Elrond and In Need of Elvish Medecine.

[1] Courage [Elven]
Event • Skirmish
Make an Elf strength +2 (or +3 if you can spot an exhausted companion).

[2] •Arwen, Lady of Imlaris [Elven]
Companion • Elf
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Signet: Frodo
Ranger.
While you can spot an exhausted companion, each minion skirmishing Arwen is strength -2.

Wouldn't you rather say "(...) while at a sanctuary, bearer is strength +2" ?

Anyway, I think this one's too expensive and too hard to make a good use of it, maybe just make it more like Asfaloth: "When played at a Sanctuary, Elven Horse's Twilight Cost is -1" or something like that.

The horse makes bearer strength +2 at a sanctuary but also give the player an opportunity to double-move and keep that bonus. Maybe that I should give a permanent strength +1 bonus and give a strength +1 bonus when you move to a sanctuary until the end of the turn.

This gametext is supposed to represent the fact that Arwen is stronger when she is ridding her horse with Frodo to Rivendell. That's why I wrote 'moves to'. The horse doesn't make her stronger when she is at the sanctuary or when she leaves it.

 nice idea, Cwork!

As for the "while you can spot an exhausted companion" cards, I'm not sure, but it seems as they're very risky to play. Keep a companion exhausted? You'll die against (almost) any Deck in Standard and many Decks in Movie....

I'd like to give the Ranger keyword to Arwen, but I feel it would make her too good compared to the other ones. What do you guys think? Would that make her overpowered?

PS. I'm thinking about making a DC starter out of this. The two premium cards will be Elrond and Galadriel (two different cards, a new concept). Arwen and In Need of Elvish Medicine will be 2 AI rares. The shadow will be Isengard Men with a few anti-sanctuary cards. This starter will also include existing cards from the set 1 to 6. Agents of Orthanc will probably be the other AI rare.

A fun thing would be to have other people making DC starters as well. :P I mean, Thranduil made an entire set, it should have 6 starters, right?

Isengard Men? I always wanted to see a good Deck with those, thus they're very easy to kill: condition discard or archery gives huge probelms to them...

Anyway, I like your DC concept.
