Only in the online version.

Triumph and Menace require computerized calculations and cannot be implemented in print form (although some people have tried to approximate them, such as here).

The set was tested, and genreal feelings were that they were too powerful (according to the decipher message boards.)  however, 0W6 would have been a great card.  Imagine, The dunadan, wound a minion at the start of the manuver phase. NO MORE ENQUEA!  WOO HOO!

Can't we fix that problem? Each couple of weeks somebody appears with "does this card exist?" and a link to a Triumph/Menace Series Card!

I agree. There should probably be a note on each card that says online only.
