Hi again guys,
As you can tell from my other posts I unlike most of you probably am pretty new to this game. Other than playing it during the two towers very briefly since I couldn't afford more than a starter deck my friends and I are getting back into it. I notice most people here seem to be focusing on collecting and getting the cards from the newer more expensive sets but I am looking for cards that give the best playability.
Which leads me to the question on where you guys think is the best place to buy the older cards for the cheapest? All I know about is ebay and I just search for "LOTR TCG" and I have bought a couple of lots that people have been selling but there is a really strong bias towards fellowship cards and still don't really have many rares. It doesn't help that I can't find a single store here that sells the cards in laurel, MD either. Our only "hobby" store doesn't stock them. Maybe people here that have gone pure collector and are selling their duplicate cards/rares? Do many of them pop up? Again I am not looking for the newest and greatest but just 1-9/10 ish.
