Old Noakes, Get Off the Road!

Let's say someone plays Get Off the Road! and there are 4 burdens. The other player has Old Noakes active, would he remove a minion or a condition 4 times, or just once since Get off the Road! is one event?

Neither.

Old Noakes says from hand, Get Off the Road! says from top of draw deck. Old Noakes won't trigger here.

So there's nothing to counter the from the deck discard except the Age's End Frodo and the TTT block one? Or was that the ROTK block one?

Uhm.. Frodo, Courteous Halfling and yes also Frodo, Little Master.

And against Get Off the Road! you could use Fearing the Worst. But then your opponent could still use Desperate Measures. Actually that one is far better then Get Off the Road!
