ok well we are usually together on Sunday, tuesday, Wednesday, and thursday

Just wanted to say that I had a great time getting together with and meeting KANEfreak69 and the rest of the guys.

I was able to play a couple games - lost the first, and eked out a win in the second (barely!).

Hopefully I'll be free the next time you all get together and we can do it again - though I'll certainly rework one of my decks to suit the format du'jour.

Meeting up with a player on Sunday November 28th at Unique Gifts and Games in Grayslake IL - probably around 12pm or 1pm since they're only open until 5pm that evening, but I will update this post when it is decided.

Those of us that played last weekend (6 in total) made tentative plans to play again on MLK weekend in January. Two of us don't live in Chicagoland - one in central Illinois and myself in Louisville, Kentucky - so we have to plan and come in. Because we have Monday off, that's a good weekend.

The current idea is to try for Saturday January 15, in the afternoon and evening. We'll likely have to find a place, though. The store in Lansing is now closed. It would be nicer if there was something further south than Grayslake, which is almost in Wisconsin, but we may have to take what we can find.

Wow, I had no idea you were in Kentucky now.

That's too bad about the store in Lansing - hopefully that won't spell the end of LotR for those guys and they'll find someplace else to play.

I will mark Jan 15 on my calendars so I remember. In the meantime I'll do some searching for a place that is convenient for all and update this thread as I can.

I live in Iowa and if you guys ever head a little more west to play I'd be up for trying to make it.  On that note is there anyone else in Iowa on here who plays?
