Soldier's Cache vs Vengeful Wild Man.

What is the correct way to play this? Both start of manuever actions..

Also, where do followers (aid) fit into this situation? An order of the way it would happen would be great. Thanks.

Freeps player gets first start of action, then first shadow player, freeps, ect... Followers are just start of man actions as well

I'm pretty sure the CRD says that the Freeps player always starts alternating actions, and start of phase actions alternate so sweet is right

Sweet has it right. When all at the start actions are being performed, you continue to maneuver.
