So what happens if NZ draw 1-1 and Italy draw 1-1 ... who goes through?

Both NZ and Italy will have three points, the same differential, the same number of goals for and against ... and they will be 2nd and 3rd place.

For NZ sake let's hope its not alphabetical!

If they both draw, it will depend on goals for, so a high score draw will be helpful.

If it is level, then New Zealand will advance based on the fact that they were considered the away team in the Italy match.

Portugal did a very good job. They kept the pitch wide, and by doing so, they tore the defence apart. With the qualities they possess it wasn't too difficult to built out the score.....nonetheless a great performance!

Yeah, this was a massacre. North Korea were defending well until Portugal scored their first goal which meant that DKPR were forced to attack and score goals if they wanted to survive the group phase. Their attemp to play an offensive style footbal was a total FAIL.

Sorry WitchKingx5. Anyway, the referee was terrible. If Behrami hadn't been thrown out, we'd had definately lost. But you have to admit, that guy (Pierce, looked EXACTLY like him) hit two of our players xD
