Then just do The Tall. There's no reason to have both...you can only use one.

Several suggestions, yes. Here are the changes I'd make:

FREE PEOPLES (37 cards):

Isildur, Bearer of Heirlooms with The One Ring, The Ring of Rings
 Alcarin, Warrior of Lamedon (starting)
 Knight of Dol Amroth (starting)

 3x Elendil, The Tall
 2x Aragorn, Captain of Gondor
 Boromir, Hero of Osgiliath
 Imrahil, Prince of Dol Amroth
 Garrison of Gondor

 Narsil, Blade of the Faithful
 Anduril, Sword That Was Broken
 2x Gondorian Sword
 Gondorian Blade
 2x Gondor Bow
 Armor of the White City
 2x Armor
 Coat of Mail
 2x Gondorian Steed
 2x Knight's Mount
 Seeing Stone of Minas Anor
 Seeing Stone of Orthanc
2x Sapling of the White Tree
 Scroll of Isildur
 Ring of Barahir

 3x Garrison of Osgiliath
 Sixth Level

 2x Much-Needed Rest

That's pretty close to the deck you had before (and the same size), though with Aragorn instead of the Guard of the White Tree, which opens up new artifacts Anduril and Ring of Barahir to you. The ring pairs nicely with the tokens on Garrison of Osgiliath, which I made the emphasis here. Much more consistent strength than some of the other pumps you had before.

Alternatively, if you miss the wounding that cards like No Travellers In This Land and Defend It and Hope offered, consider expanding the fortifications a bit:

FREE PEOPLES (37 cards):

Isildur, Bearer of Heirlooms with The One Ring, The Ring of Rings
 Alcarin, Warrior of Lamedon (starting)
 Knight of Dol Amroth (starting)

 3x Elendil, The Tall
 2x Aragorn, Captain of Gondor
 Boromir, Hero of Osgiliath
 Imrahil, Prince of Dol Amroth
 Garrison of Gondor

 Narsil, Blade of the Faithful
 Anduril, Sword That Was Broken
 Gondorian Sword
 Gondorian Blade
 3x Gondor Bow
 Armor of the White City
 2x Coat of Mail
 2x Gondorian Steed
 2x Knight's Mount
3x Sapling of the White Tree
 Scroll of Isildur

 Citadel of the Stars
 4x Fourth Level
 2x Sixth Level

 2x Much-Needed Rest

Now you have a truly lethal combo. Fourth Level gets transferred to a minion, exhausting that minion. In turn, a Man assigned to that minion can then use Gondor Bow and exert to wound that exhausted minion, killing it. And the best companion for the job is already in your starting fellowship: Alcarin, who can heal each time he's assigned to a minion with a fortification (like Fourth Level), then exert for the Gondor Bow's effect, basically letting him exert "for free" thanks to the healing he just got. Alternatively, you can wait until someone bearing a Knight's Mount wins a skirmish and then wound an exhausted minion THAT way. Citadel of the Stars is kind of a poor man's Fourth Level, only reducing vitality by one, but it's versatile in that is ALSO reduces strength (which can make it easier for the Men to win) and could certainly be transferred to the same minion that already has a Fourth Level, killing it automatically. So much potential....

If your Men DO have to fight, they still have a tanked out Elendil to lead the way, and Coat of Mail and Sapling of the White Tree to protect them. Lots of healing as well thanks to Aragorn, Boromir, and (if all goes well) Much-needed Rest.

Man, I might build this deck myself! :P

Just a couple suggestions. I know they change the nature of your deck a bit, but many cards you had in your original deck (Tireless, Guard of the White Tree, Alcarin, Gondor Bow, Knight's Spear, etc.) just weren't doing much for you, either being nearly worthless or just not living up to their potential. Just trying to help keep the core of your deck intact and make the rest a little better around it.

You COULD always go with High-king of Gondor instead of The Tall as your Elendil of choice, who pairs VERY well with Much-needed Rest. However, as you said, the artifact help with The Tall other outweighs that, I think. Get that Armor of the White City on The Tall and he's just beastly in your deck.

Also consider tossing in King's Legacy, which works nicely with Aragorn, Isildur, AND Elendil all in the same deck.

Yea, don't sweat it kid. We're still newbs and that's that.
Time
What know we of this despondent thing
No sign no sound no tranquil ring
We try to tell its quantity
yet fail to see the point
Only one can know of it
to this eternal joint
We have not power in Use
To hold this creature bay
But only wait for it to change
Inside the soul of it we lay

Another option is to run with Denethor, Lord of Minas Tirith, to built your fellowship faster. With armor he becomes a knight as well, but you could also drop him after he's done his service. That way you can pull those cards you really need.

Here are a couple more goes at a knight deck that uses Elendil. Both invest heavily in fortifications, with the second one also working in the Watcher at Sarn Ford.

32 cards.

Isildur, Bearer of Heirlooms w/ The One Ring, The Ring of Rings

1 Turgon, Man of Belfalas (starting)
1 Denethor, Lord of Minas Tirith (starting)
1 Aragorn, Captain of Gondor
1 Boromir, Hero of Osgiliath
1 Elendil, High King of Gondor
1 Garrison of Gondor
1 Imrahil, Prince of Dol Amroth
3 Banner of Westernesse
3 Gondor Bow
1 Narsil, Blade of the Faithful
4 Sapling of the White Tree
1 Scroll of Isildur
2 Citadel of the Stars
4 Fifth Level
4 Fourth Level
3 Sixth Level

Pull Elendil and Narsil at the site 3 sanctuary. Fourth Level / Gondor Bow (or Citadel of the Stars) kills minions in the skirmish. Fifth Level can give some crazy strength reductions, and it can pair with Turgon as well in the maneuver. Sixth Level grabs the fortifications back. Lots of healing going on with Banner of Westernesse and Hero of Osgiliath. Wound prevention from Sapling of the White Tree is icing on the cake.

Second one puts Elendil a bit more in the spotlight:

32 cards.

Isildur, Bearer of Heirlooms w/ The One Ring, The Ring of Rings

1 Turgon, Man of Belfalas (starting)
1 Denethor, Lord of Minas Tirith (starting)
1 Aragorn, Captain of Gondor
1 Boromir, Hero of Osgiliath
1 Elendil, High-king of Gondor
1 Garrison of Gondor
1 Imrahil, Prince of Dol Amroth
1 Watcher at Sarn Ford, Ranger of the North
3 Banner of Westernesse
3 Gondor Bow
1 Narsil, Forged by Telchar
1 Ranger's Cloak
2 Citadel of the Stars
4 Fifth Level
4 Fourth Level
1 Garrison of Osgiliath
3 Sixth Level
3 The Faithful Stone

Bid 0 unless you're feeling lucky. Pull Elendil and the Watcher at the site 3 sanctuary (alternatively use The Prancing Pony, but that adds a burden). The idea here is to get strength +3 pumps when you need them, with Elendil and [Gondor] tokens raising resistance to keep the Watcher happy.

Departing from knights entirely, it'd be awesome to get a [Gondor] / [Elven] deck to work with Elendil, Thorongil, Watcher at Sarn Ford, The Last Alliance of Elves and Men, Glimpse of Fate, and King's Legacy. Strength pumps through the roof!

3 The Faithful Stone? Narsil FBT? Watcher at Sarn Ford? I think he's looking for a deck he can build IRL, right man?

First, figure out what your deck does.

Here's your core strategy for knights. Gondor Bow + Fourth Level + Sixth Level. Now make it work. Start with that core, and pick your cards to help it.

Unless asked otherwise I always try to suggest the best cards I can. Once the gist is gotten across in many cases it's possible to find replacements.

For [Gondor] tokens The Faithful Stone is easy to refill, but it can be substituted by Ithilien Trap or Houses of Healing. Narsil FBT can substituted by the weapon of your choice. Obviously there's no getting around the Watcher, but he can be picked up for $3 on eBay which isn't all that bad, if you're really interested in him.

What you think about change knight of Dol Almoroth for Ingold in the starting crew? Ingold is a healing machine in a deck with fotifications (better if you discard to heal twice and exert once to get them back in regroup huh?!).

Knights are known (at least in my time) to have no discard at all when alone (maybe with some crazy Catapult but take your chances). So it´s a bad thing if you get some blade tips or other damned condition that just break your guys...  So consider to put athelas in... if that´s not the case this possession just heals a companion...

I see that people around here don´t seem to be great fans of Sapling of the White Tree and Scroll of Isildur but belive me, they worth every twilight you pay for them (at leats in the Movie Block format...)!!!. Consider add some...

I Played with knights for a long time and they are a sort of funny deck cause sometimes you just walk around the path kicking the #$&*@! of fierce uruks and trolls but just to, in the next game, watch Isildur get to the pits when that freak nazgul add one burden after another and you just couldn´t do nothing...hehehe.

His deck likes Nazgul...it really does...right Garrison?

If you're concerned about Blade Tip and such, Anduril, Sword That Was Broken may be a good investment.

Scroll of Isildur = pwnage in Knights. Seriously.
