Yeah, I got Hawkeye.
Nice catch, Ulmo. Makes sense with the 'irony' comment, too, since the victim apparently burns to death.

Should probably protect Dain, too, if we haven't come up with anything else by the time the deadline rolls around.
EDIT: Nevermind, Lurtzy already got Dain.

   i am here

   hawkeyespf was given
a better spf by the cops
   than i anticipated

   perhaps his skin cells
   are safe as well
   perhaps not
   only time will tell
   but I suspect
   he will avoid tanning
   and sunburns
   from now on

let us play a little game
i tell you a deadly story
and you try to stop me

the enemies broke into the city

   but about the gate
   resistance was still stout

   maybe a police fortification
   will save this defender

   the end of the story
   is up to you

   you have 2 days
   to rescue the city
   or it will fall

I protect garrisonofgondor.

Yeah, that has to be it.
The lore matches, too:

Jeez, you guys don't even need me this round. Great detective work, Ulmo. Brilliant, in fact.
Best regards,

Great detective work, Ulmo.
Cheers. My minions got ripped apart by a Gondor fortification deck recently, so they've been on my mind lately.  :P

I like this incog, its the first one in a long time i havent been instantly able to roughly  guess at the ID from the personality in their posts. Plus the writing font and style is ever so slightly freaky, kinda like they actually ARE a killer.  :-\

   i am here

   garrisonofgondor was relieved
   by police reinforcements
   and survived the destruction
   of the city

let us play a little game
   i snipe a victim
and you try to stop me

   the next target to die
   bears a target
   the next victim to die
will not be easy to save

   can you find
   the objectives name
   or will you have to
   clean up a blood-soaked mess

   your move

First thought is ShieldMaiden as a shield could be a target.  Will have to think some more on this.

How long do we have Mr. Assassin?

Um. Could be SM. Good thought there.

But the lines "can you find the objectives name" suggests that the 'objective' (victim, I assume) is somehow named in here. First letters of lines? Don't see anything there.

I dunno. Will look further.
