Alright, for anyone interested, I have actually created the league now:

Seemed a good enough name. Just click the link and it will take you straight there (if you already have a Yahoo ID and are logged in) or, if you do NOT have a Yahoo ID, I think it requires you to make one. Don't fret...it's a very quick and easy process. Then create your team and you should be in. If it prompts you for a league password, I did one very easy to remember: "kralik".

Let me know if you any problems registering or getting in for any reason. I'll be providing details on our draft and all soon...meaning as soon as I completely figure them out myself.

No was thinking since I'm orginally from Miami and like NCAA footbal a bit more than NFL I was going to go with the Miami Hurrikorns .

It worked there is a opponent now Beltville Bombers, The Miami HurriKorns are ready. How is the draft going to work by chance automatic or are we going to hold a draft ourselves?

I THINK I have it set up to go automatically, though I can change that if need be. As long as we have it done by September 1st we'll still be good to go for Week 1.

So that gives everyone a little over a week to sign up. Please do so...we can fit up to eight more teams.

yeah if you want to change the draft I'd be done, but like you said it is getting close so I guess it depends on where or not we get the other spots filled in time. If they all get here I can be available this weekend for a draft or Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday next week . If nothing comes up and automatic draft is fine with me as well, but more fun IMHO if we can choose for ourselves .

I agree that drafting live would be ideal, but with time zones and varied schedules I don't know if it will be viable or fair. We'll see...we need more teams first.

Just sign up the worse that could happen is you get an auto draft of players and you peek in from time to time to see how you are doing. Propose trades when you can and whatnot . You have to start sometime why not try now with a group of friendlies and see how it goes.
