That is a weird thing, if someone said the words "under-achievers" id instantly think Spain. Looking at the squad this year AGAIN id say they should do well. Torres should fire them through. But you never know.

Torres should be able to do some wonderful things, but David Villa as well.....It is marvelous how Torres did it in his first year PL. It is promising for next year. I think, and hope that the 4 best squads in england will make it an even more exciting year. It is strange how Liverpool is doing well in th CL, but not too well in the PL, even though they have Babel and Kuyt  :clown:

Sorry GE, Babel is good yeah and has great potential but Kuyt is shockingly bad. I know he had an awesome record when he played in the Netherlands but for liverpool he cant hit a barn door. Hes awful.

I'm not a Kuyt fan myself either. He works hard, but he is very limited as a player, hence the clownface ;) But I just heared that Seedorf doesn't want to go to Euro2008 because of lack of convidence....too bad, too bad indeed!

You want him there? He's like a hundred years old, how many europeans championships has he been in now? Ok he has experience but hes not getting any better as he ages. Plus AC Milan have had an awful season. Out of the CL by Arsenal, may finish 5th in Serie A and not even qualify for the CL next year. Dont blame him for having no confidence.

he's only just got 32, so he's not that old. But he had an inmpressive entrance in Europe. At age 18 he won the CL. So for the past 13/14 (!) years he is acting at the highest levels of football. Ofcourse Milan has got a awful season, but I am pretty confident they maintain the 4th possition. He is a steady factor in that team and I think he can be a key character in our Dutch Squad.....

When you have young talent like rafael van der vaart and ryan babel and huntelaar why do you need seedorf!? Crazy! You can have skill not experience!

don't forget Wesley Sneijder, Robben, Van Persie who (can) all act from the midfield. But I really think, to balance the team, we need a controlling midfielder with a lot of experience....But I think in 2010 we are able to become the worldchampion with these names......ahhhh, sweet dreams.....

Well of course i wasnt going to name them all, i love robben as he was a Chelsea player!

But i think you could win euro 2008, you have the potential just depends on if you can break the jinx of under achieveing like spain.

Im not so sure you can win the world cup....

if italy can, so can we.....It would be so great to have Arsene as coach. I know that you  love Chelsea, but Arsene is a coach in the line of our tradition. He is dedicated to show that with beautiful football you can win games. I would love to see that, for I really love beautiful football.....

yeah, but the tendency nowadays with the high interests is that result is holy, and that the way to achieve result isn't interesting. Boring, lurking footbal is the result. PSV became yet again the champion of the Netherlands, but they are sooooooo boring, and lucky too. Always out to control the game, no riscs at all, Chelsea has the same lable, eventhough Chelsea has great players to be way more dominating......

If you watched the premiership week in week out you will see why Chelsea get the label they do, they get results but often they grind out a win and its not often i LOVE watching chelsea, we never have 4-0's really, this is why Man U almost won the title on goals difference, we dont score enough and are a bit dull.

Arsenal on the other hand. Wow how much have i enjoyed watching them this season? There fluidity in passing has been immense.
