When it comes to Ents, I like to start with Quickbeam and Pippin, WOSI. When minions stop being roaming, return him to your hand and discard it to make sure you don't go over 9 companions. He is also very nice is you play vs wounding decks.

I like your shadow a lot. It looks like it can do very well vs the most popular decks out there. I could suggest Greed or Battering Ram vs larger fellowships, but making your big guys fierce should be enough to kill these companions anyway.

Oh, and you shouldn't use Morgulduin if you don't have Enquea. Use the crappy site that pumps [Wraith] Orcs instead.

Wow, I really like this shadow side.  I never would have though of that.
Never under any circumstances take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.

I think the deck looks pretty good, MD. With four copies of A Wizard Is Never Late, you may want to consider starting Pippin, Hobbit of Some Intelligence* and Merry, Swordthain and Quickbeam, Bregalad so you can get your site one. Not because Sleeping Quarters is great by any means, but because you can bid an extra burden and hopefully foil someone's plan of starting with Dunharrow Plateau (which can really set back a [Dwarven] deck). Return Merry to your hand and discard him, and just throw Pippin to the wolves at your leisure.

Edit: Like c10ckw0rk said, Pippin, Wearer of Black and Silver is a good idea too for the return to hand/discard thing. But removing [2] can have some major benefits for an Ent deck early in the game.
