can ranger choke work in expanded?

Just that. Can HttWC work in expanded? Don't want it to be great, cuz the deck I'm making wins with Forest nazgul, but I want to pair it with choke for flavor reasons. Want to add a few hobbits with habits of home and pathfinder, and all those choke cards from FOTR block.

Well, the problem about the newer sites is, that you can play Sirannon Ruins at Site 7 to add 10 base twilight, plus the twilight the comps give, so even solo decks (besides cards like safe passage) add 11 twilgiht at Site 7, and with site manipulation, Sirannon ruins can be replayed another two times, so I generally don't see choke being a very good strategy in Standard or Expanded.

Actually, HttWC is banned in Expanded.
