Companions:
The One Ring AtoR
Frodo RA
Legolas Greenleaf(start)
Haldir EotG(start)
Arwen QOEAM
Erethon NL
Pengedhel NW
Allies:
Rumil EP
Orophin LB

Sword-Wall
Secret Sentinels
Double Shot x2
Feathered x2
Flashing Steal x2
The Splendor of there Banners
Agility x2
Killing Field
Blades Drawn
Lorien is most welcome
Strength in Arms
Hobbit Sword
Lembas x3
Asfaloth(Fellowship of the Ring)
Elven Sword x4
Naith Longbow x3
Elven Bow x2

Minion Side:

Uruk-Hai Marauder x2
Uruk Troop x3
Ranged Commander x2
Uruk Croossbow Troop x2
Band of Bowman x2
Uruk Veteran x2
Uruk-Hai Horde x2
Uruk Crossbowman x4
Attack on Helm's Deep x2
Race Across the Mark
Weapons of Isengard
Down to the Last Child
    Broad-Bladed Sword x4
    Cloud of Arrows x4
    No Dawn for Men
    Uruk Rear Gaurd x3

The idea(Fellowship side wise) is to hurt minions with Archery because my Fellowship isn't very strong. To slow down minions is with Killing Field and other Conditions sort of like that. Now Lembas is if I have  to go on to win(so it's an emergincy card).

So with my minions I try to take control of sites fast(granted I get Attack on Helm's Deep out early). So I can hurt opponets with Archery but site control is the main goal.
So please comment and tell what you think I should add or toss. ;D

Personally, I don't see your Fellowship faring very well.  Let's see what I can suggest for you to change to make it stronger.

Galadriel, Bearer of Wisdom would be better than Frodo because with AtaR and a Nenya (also better than Lembas) she can be an archery machine with The Splendor of Their Banners.  For companions, I would start Greenleaf and QoEaM instead of Haldir.  The Naith are better in a pure power deck and I think Lorien Swordsman would fit this idea better.  Cirdan is also good here with the events.  That being the case I would drop the Naith Longbows to bring your Elven Bow up to 4.  The allies don't really help that much in my opinion, maybe keep Rumil, but Uruk-Hai aren't as common as they used to be so Orophin should be out.  One Secret Sentinels wasn't enough condition removal anyhow, so I would probably replace those with Company of Archers.  I would also probably add another of Feathered, Double Shot, and Blades DrawnThat is No Orc Horn is also better than Sword-Wall.  I would also probably use Shadow Between for some extra healing.  This is how I would probably play this:

    Galadriel, Bearer of Wisdom
    The One Ring, AtoR
    Legolas, Greenleaf
Arwen, Queen of Elves and Men

    Lorien Swordsman x2
    Cirdan, The Shipwright
    Rumil, Elven Protector
    Elven Bow x4
    Elven Sword x4
    Gwemegil
    Asfaloth
    Nenya
    The Splendor of Their Banners
    Blades Drawn x2
    Shadow Between
    Strength of Arms
    Feathered x3
    Double Shot x3
    Company of Archers x3
That is No Orc Horn x2

It's also a few cards smaller so it should help your draws be better.  I didn't really mean to rebuild your entire deck hope you don't mind.

As for your shadow, I would say try more for site control or for archery.  Combining the two isn't as effective, so if you focus it should become more potent.

No I don't mind that you changed the deck. I sadly don't have Galadriel BoW. Sigh. And I do agree that Lorien Swordman would work better. And again so sadly don't have Cirdan. Oh well I guess I'll have to do the best I can. And the minion side could use a little work. And I've tested this against my brother and his Uruk-Hai and My Fellowship has only been destroyed(because my archery was like a measley 2). So thanks for the advice though.

Well you always can replace Cirdan with another Lorien Swordsman.  Another thing to do is when you use Frodo, use a Sting and maybe Hobbit Sword Play or Orc-Bane for more wounding.  I thought that you may not have had them if you weren't using them, but I felt it was better to throw it out there just in case that you didn't think of them when you built the deck.
