Those are lucky days too, but days like today I don't have to clean up afterward!

I started relatively late collecting so the most I bought from store was few Starters and cca 10 boosters. That was all the cards I had for a very long time until a year ago I started reminiscing and wanted to get some more cards. I searched the ebay and found and bought (outbidding the world) some guy's collection. 3000+ of common and uncommon among which there were cca 200 rares and a lot of promos.

Every day after payment I checked my mailbox hoping against reason it arrived. It took 20 days and I was through the roof when the cards arrived. :)

My best day LotR wise was when I was roaming Ebay for LotR junk and a guy offered his entire collection in a box. I won it for less that 3 dollars, shipping was 30, but man, the content was awesome. 150-250 rares, with at least 50 huntersblock rares. Bill Ferny, Mumak Commander etc.... I felt so extremely sorry for this dude....

$3??? I mean I knew ebay was cheap but holy crap!  My one question is how did you know this guy was liable?  Anyways, I don't see why everyone thinks 1R1 is any good.  There's the 9R+1 which has the exact same buffs but doesn't force you to corrupt the ring-bearer.

Hi there,

I had such a lucky day once back in the old days when TTT was released. I visited my local game store to get some boosters. Bought 6 TTT booster an left the store. At home I opened the booster and all of them turned to be "all rare boosters". So I went back to the store asap to buy the rest of the display. And all of them were "all rare" too. In total I got about 20 booster with 300 rare cards. There where ATARs, Comps, Hides and many many more...

OK, maybe they aren't worth a lot today but in this days...

That was awesome  \:D/

1R1 can be put on at any time to soak up wounds for no cost, just the conversion rate is higher. 9R+1 cant be put on if exhausted.

Agreed that ATAR is good, but 1R1 beats TBR.

Opened a deck of Hunters yesterday and it had four rares instead of three! Now I have two more decks that I haven't opened yet and not sure if I should open them or sell or trade them? It is killing me not to open them though!
