Funnily enough, I find it harder to trade for specific uncommons than rares. People usually only busy themselves to list their rares they have for trade and may not even bother keeping spare uncommons or commons at all.
In another example, the uncommons and common tactic cards from the star trek ccg expansion blaze of glory are highly sought after. It is the case with most rares from that game that their sole remaining use is to keep you warm during the winter, when you chug them into the fire.
Not so with these tactics. You don't see people trading them, because they are dead useful and fun to play with.
...and Towers block itself is way overlooked. FotR block is cool, but Towers is much more balanced, has much more interesting strategies etc. Finding Helm's Deep and Fangorn cards can be tricky, because they don't have as flashy singles as FotR block sets, but they have a higher general standard IMHO. Rant over.
Keep them commons and uncommons in your decks and not under your bed
