GCCG Password

Ok guys, I'm screwed and I need your help. I finally got the missus into playing LotR, and we have been playing some times when we get some free time. However, I just formatted her laptop, and even though I took the precaution to copy both the GCCG folder and the .gccg folder to a backup external HD, I've copyied them back, and tryed to login to see if it worked, and something weird happened. It asked for a username again, like I was a new user, so I just typed her OLD username "Ju", and it crashed saying the password was wrong. Now, it doesn't even ask for a login name anymore. She had just gotten 3 Uruk Lieutenants, and was starting to get REALLY annoying (thank God her FP side is not very strong, although she DID manage to get her hands on a rare Aragorn that's bound to screw me over sideways) - and good, I might add - and I think that if I can't restore her account she won't make a new one, and will simply quit. Can any of you guys help me figure out what to do? If it's possible to get her password back, I'd like and Admin to send it over either by PM or at felipemusco@hotmail.com.

Just PM me her old information and we can figure it out. BTW, do you only play with proxies?

Actually, we only play with collection cards, it's more fun this way. And a bit more balanced, since I know how to build/play better, but actually can't due to lack of cards. PM'ed you.
