Well my brother Mirrored me and got rid of Gwemegil and Asfaloth so I wasn't happy. But hey I am now.

Decipher nerfed it, sadly. It's almost impossible to actually use (7 or more cards in hand? Riiiight...)

I do agree because of NPE, but I think the errata was a bit overkill. It's essentially unplayable now. The only way you can use it is if the Shadow player plays a single minion and nothing else!

It still is a bit useful if you want fighting elf allies, but agreed, the errata was overkill
