Jace's Erasure is the gravy here. With numerous discard and draw possibilities, I am considering switching the Belltower Sphinx to a card drawing creature, to combo more with it.
Think about it, 4x Jace's Erasure and then use Jace, Memory Adept's third ability to draw 20 cards.

I'm not sure this can reliably punch through a whole game against a 60-card deck. I love milling, and I always want it to work, problem is, it most often does not, Specially in constructed. I'd simply ditch the mill cards (except Jace, which is good by itself) and actually run straight up control, probably splashing black or white for removal and other solid creatures and support spells.
