Ah, didn't want that. I'll make it ring bound rangers.

Beregrond should just be worded "about to be killed". How does he fit into your company of Rangers? Maybe "While you can spot Faramir, Beregrond gains ranger"
"The rule of Gondor is mine!"

[3]Houses of Healing [Gondor]
Condition • Support Area
Fellowship: Heal all wounds from a [Gondor] Companion. That companion cannot be asigned to skirmishes by any player this turn.

I am going to heal my completely [Gondor] fellowship and they can't be assigned. Double move? Don't mind if I do! Maybe Radagast and Sent Back a few times and I don't even have to worry about the Ring-Bearer.

That's a good point, maybe you should change it to unbound or something like that.

Or just "a [Gondor] companion except the Ringbearer." Obviously that needs to be fixed, but otherwise I think it's a really cool card. It makes a lot of sense for what the Houses of Healing should be.

For Houses of Healing, perhaps either:
a) Require the condition to be discarded (or removed from the game) upon use; or
b) Have a 'limit once per phase' clause.

Not once per phase, all I have to do is do it for my RB and voila, easy double move every turn.  Another option would be have it so the free player can't assign him to a skirmish.  Would make life a bit harder.

Forgot about gondorian ring bearers (Isildur!) If you heal too much, your ring bearer will be overwhelmed.

Beregond is in there because he saves faramir from the madness of Denethor.

Madril is added.
