Using Toss Me to put itself under the draw deck freezes the game.

Trust Me As You Once Did needs fixing.  Apparently you can exert more than once per copy per skirmish.
You should be able to exert as much as you wish. But total strength bonus (from one copy of TMAYOD in play) you should get during a single skirmish should be 3. For example, if you have only two Gandalf signets in fellowship, first exert should give +2 and next one +1.

Yes, this needs fixing, just keep in mind, you can exert as many times as you want (can), but it only should give a maximum +3 strength bonus total per copy per phase. Will fix that tomorrow.

Dark Places doesn't allow you to replace your opponent's site to a marsh or underground version of yours.

Sam, Samwise The Brave can prevent a burden from being added using Vision From Afar although the FP player adds the burden, not the shadow card.  That can't be right, is it?

From Comprehensive Rules (Individual Card Rulings):
Quote
This card can replace sites only in the Fellowship block format.

I think you were playing with the towers sites at the time... correct me if I'm wrong.

Sam, Samwise The Brave can prevent a burden from being added using Vision From Afar although the FP player adds the burden, not the shadow card.  That can't be right, is it?

I wish the rules were any clearer, but here is something that remotely might explain how the cards work:
Quote
The source of an effect is the card on which that effect is printed. Even though a card like an event may require a minion to exert to pay its cost, the source of that effect is the event card and not the minion.

So it's not the FP player adding burden, but the shadow card, it's just the FP player making a choice to add burden or not.

Anyways, there is a different rule creep in this case:
Quote
If something happens to prevent one effect which in turn would have prevented a second effect, the second effect is performed.

So, in case of this interaction, here is what IMO should happen:
Shadow player plays Vision From Afar, FP chooses to add a burden to prevent the effect. FP player has an option to prevent the burden with Sam, as the source of the burden is a shadow card (it's printed on it). But if the FP player chooses to prevent the burden the original Vision From Afar effect (assigning minion to Ring-bearer) will still happen.

I hope that's correct.

There is a bug with Eowyn, Daughter of Eomund's gametext.  It allows you to play a Rohan possession from your discard pile to heal her during the Maneuver phase.  You should only be able to play Rohan possessions from hand to heal her.
