What are the cards that was released for LotR TCG that was promo only?

Other than these...if any:

0P56 •Ghan-buri-Ghan, Chieftain of the Woses (P)
0P57 •Radagast's Staff (P)
0P58 •Anarion, Lord of Anorien (P)
0P59 •Erkenbrand, Master of Westfold (P)
0P60 •Tom Bombadil's Hat (P)

...not thinking of the promos for the online version, only physical promo cards that had no alternative "normal" version ;)

No problem, I think these are the only ones, and they are really rare and expensive.
Arwen, Maiden of Rivendell is probably one of the best Elven cards in general. Eomer and Boromir are pretty epic too.

The only reason they are high prices is cause of their rarity. I have never seen any of them making any impact at all at the scene.

What really rustles my jimmies is that anyone at Decipher even thought for a second that the cost of his ability justified the effect at all.  It's like someone put on their stupid helmet before going in to work one day.

I mean, it was before Gandalf, Wise Guide came out, but if nowadays anyone plays Gandalf, Stormcrow, hes not to help anymore.
