Thumbnail Index!

You can now browse a visual index of each card set in the database. Under the set title, you should see a link that says, "(Switch to thumbnail index)" While in thumbnails mode, you will stay in thumbnails mode as you move from set to set. However, since I'm not setting cookies (though I may consider it in the future), the links on each individual card page will go back to a text index. Also, I don't wish to make a HUGE thumbnail version of the grand index.
