Each player has 80 minutes (40 minutes in non-casual games) for his moves. This time counts down next to player name during game. It's like a chess clock. If you run out of that time - you lose.
In addition there is a hidden clock for each decision, which is 10 minutes. If you take more time than that for your decision - you lose.

May be it's just me.... i found that for non-casual games, 40 mins sometimes not enough...
i had like 3~4 games got timed out in each serie..
May I suggested to increase it 60 mins for non-casual games..??  while the hidden clock for each decision reduces to 5 mins per decision...
in case if worried for the game being to lengthy...

The per-decision max clock can't be too low, as it has to be enough time to fix a problem with connection, router or restarting a computer.
You do realise if I increase the limit to 60 minutes per player for non-casual games, people are getting committed to stay and play for maximum of 2 hours when they want to play a game? That's way too much. Besides, if you observe some experienced players, they usually use anything from 10-15 minutes of their assigned time to finish a game. Don't worry, the longer you play, the more used to the interface and cards you get to, and the faster you play.
