It can be spotted as a stacked card, but not as an Orc by itself.

You can stack it if the game text of one of your card allows. Gorgoroth Breaker, for example, can stack himself on a site ... If u're asking how do you stack it physically, you just put it atop the controlled site (which can be either in your support area, or marked by a player specific marker). :)

Just look at all of the [Sauron] culture cards in King Block. There are several card that can stack your besiegers.
