Reason for Edit

I saw this whilst passing by on another forum and thought it would be good to include here. Lo and behold, a mod existed! When you edit a post, there is an optional text box called reason for edit. I think this will make threads a little cleaner, so you don't have to type

and so on. Also, it's a boon for mods. You can check this post itself for an example.
