This Thread is devoted to the issuing violations to community members who have strayed outside of the newly implemented GEMP-LotR Code of Conduct.  All previous violations prior to the Code of Conduct implementation  today, however grievous, are not held against community members.  Please don't abuse this system further. If you receive a warning take it for what it is, accept it and move on.  If you feel you have been cited wrongly, and it may happen, please issue an appeal Directly to

Warning #1 - ZooL-  flaming another member in game hall beginning @ 11:58:29 on June 1, 2013. If you have an issue with another player violating the Code of Conduct report it directly to the e-mail provided for MarcinS.

Warning #1 – trollin: Flaming another player (both in game hall and in game chat) June 1, 2013 at 23:13:55 in game hall and June 1, 2013 in server game 120-77: trollin v luckyluke at 20:46: and again at 20:52:49. The use of derogatory names, four letter words, and pejorative sexual orientation slurs is not acceptable

Warning #1 - Ladis-  Rage Quitting in a TS match June 1, 2013 v. jucapeta.  If you deck is losing badly (in this case your twilight Witchking was beaten three times and your opponent was two sites ahead of you) it is perfectly acceptable behavior to concede.  If you don't know how to concede the options tab of the chat box has the concession button.  Leaving the game and forcing your opponent to remain in game for the win is bad sportsmanship.

Warning #1 - Draconic: Language June 2, 2013 @ 09:19:16.  All of us have been frustrated with the card shuffler. However venting your frustration using a four-letter exploitive in the game hall is offensive.

Warning #2 – trollin: offensive language June 2, 2013 @ 18:22:46 in the game hall.  The use of four letter words as epithets to voice your displeasure is unacceptable in either the general game hall chat or in game chat with your opponent. This is your second warning involving language in as many days. A third warning in a 7 day period will result in probation.
