Some questions regarding multiplayer

Me and some friends have been playing MP for ages, but we were never really sure about those situations ... we always went with "if card doesn't specify otherwise, it's possible" philosophy but the doubt remained. Until now (hopefully).

-can a shadow player target other shadow player's possessions with Twisted Tales (for instance),
-can a shadow player use his events (or abilities) to, say, increase strength of other player's minions,
-can a shadow player exert other player's minions to pay the cost for his own cards,
-shadow phase goes round in circle, starting with the player to your right -- does it end after all n shadow players had their turn, or does it end after all n shadow players say pass in sequence (with two players, if both players say pass, the phase ends)?

1) Yes
2) Yes
3) Yes, depending on the specific wording of the card. If it says "exert a minion," then yes. But some cards may say "exert your minion." So just read them carefully.
4) One Shadow player plays all his stuff then when he's done, the next one takes his turn, and so on.
