Hi, so ive been collecting these cards for like 12 years and finally, started to learn rules and play a little and 2 things i just don get: 1) What does ROAMING mean: 2) What does the site numbers on the minions mean.

1) Roaming means when a minion's site number is higher than the fellowship's current site number. When a Shadow player plays a roaming minion to such site, he must remove 2 additional twilight tokens. For example, an Uruk Lieutenant (site 5) played at site 4 will cost 5 twilight total (3 base plus 2 for the roaming penalty).
