Modified & Unique Rules - Need advice

Hey, my friends and I (6 of us total) have been playing with movie block (1-10), only without reflections, for years now. Over the years we have come up with many rules and our own X/R lists for our style of play, so I thought I'd share it to see what you guys think. I would be happy to hear you guys' opinion on what we could do to make it more balanced, fruitloops we haven't found, etc. Keep in mind a lot of the standard bans in movie block are implemented for reflections shenanigans.

Okay, our rules:
Bidding: Standard add X burdens, highest bid chooses where he would like to go, 2nd highest then chooses, etc.
Redraw: Add 1 burden and draw 1 less card. (ie. I don't like my first hand, I add a burden & throw in draw 7, or another burden and down to 6 cards, etc.)
Drawing: Standard fellowship player may only draw 4 cards during his fellowship phase.
Sites: Mixed adventure decks, any block 1-3 excluding bans.

Something we've been recently playing with is universal card sites (add "any site" to a cards text instead of whichever block it's from), for example Hobbit Farmer could be used with Meduseld. This is a pretty new concept for us and while we haven't found anything incredibly gay, there are a few questionable ones. I like the one above because it recovers Dwarves (who were fairly fixed in reflections, but not great otherwise in movieblock)

Burning of Westfold: Play an Uruk-hai to make the Free people's Player discard one of his or her conditions.
EttenMoors: Exert your Character to make it Strength +2. (no enduring)
Far Seeing Eyes: Unique.
We Must go Warily: Exert 2 Gondor Companions to make each minion's twilight cost +1.

I pity anyone playing Moria swarm in a format that Goblin Armory is restricted, yet Frying Pan, power According to His Stature, Gorn's bow, Greenleaf, etc. are legal. I'm assuming it is on your restricted list due to its twilight generation text, but even still... Hey, if it works for you guys, more power to you.

EttenMoors: Exert your Character. Unless it is Enduring, that character is Strength +2.

Your fix of Ettenmoors won't make Ulaire Enquea, Thrall of the One any less lethal.

Oh I forgot to add frying pan to banlist 
As for Enquea, I believe we aren't letting those Nazgul that say "shadow cards may not exert ... in the skirmish phase" use that sight; it's mostly there so Shelob, FP wraiths, etc. can use it to get a little strength.

It's interesting that you bring up Moria swarm being weak, even with these rules we've generally considered it to be one of our strongest shadow decks lol

Also no condition removal makes sauron also a bad boy.
