Hobbit Farmer only works on Fellowship Block sites, so no your opponent could not use his text on a King Block site (Sleeping Quarters). Same as Paths Seldom Trodden and Ulaire Nelya, Lieutenant of Morgul, if you look at their card pages they say they only work for Fellowship Block sites.

Which kind of sucks, since it would make those Fellowship Block cards a little more useful in Movie Block... But then you would have to include the Rohan allies, which spot Tower Block sites (Even though it seems easy to figure out, site 4 is a site 4, but too bad the ruling stuff is done now )

Also this is what the rules say, if you are playing real-life then play however you want. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply! We haven't cared much about the blocks so far and we always build decks as we like, thats why my cousin could make this asspain combo. Maybe we should change this habit, dunno, I dont have too many card anyway, and mostly from 1-10 series and a few from 11
