Well I looked up the prices for each of these cards on CCG Obsession and here's what i found:

Sceptre of the Dark Lord = 9.70
shelob, menace = 7
fletcher of harad foil = 9
archer of harad = 1.10
Howdah = 1.30
Hate = 3.50
Witch-King, morgul king = 2
a shadow fell over them = 2.90

total = 36.50

for
Mountain-Troll = 23.30

total = 23.30

I don't think it's too far off.  9.70 for SotdL?  More like 3.00 in actual value.  It may be a little steep in favor of The Mountain Troll's side, but not by much.

not at all. CCG Obsession is a good source to check if a trade is fair or not, BUT a mountain troll is not more then $ 15, for sure. ;)

edit: as well as the sceptre isn't $ 9

How much are these worth?

Gimli, Dwarven Delegate (P)
Arwen, Maiden of Rivendell (P)
Gandalf, Stormcrow (P)
Boromir, Steward's Heir (P)
Eomer, Forthwith Banished (P)
Frodo, Mr. Underhill (P)

Are these some of the hardest cards to get in the game? Anyone have any of these?

If anyone's selling 'em, let me know for how much. i might be able to buy.

It's been a while since I sold my extras, so I can't say what they're currently worth, but yes, they are some of the hardest promos to come by. Each time you joined a league in the LotR TCG Online game (which cost $10), you would get the current league promo. I can't remember now how long each card was available, but that time is long long past now, obviously.

When eBay fails... look up the Google cache? Gandalf's Cart sold some for $80.00 awhile ago... Based on the lopsided demand for these on Mahasamatman, I'm guessing the people who are fortunate to own them will definitely want to get the most out of them.

Your looking at about $20-30 per card.
GandalfsCart sells all its promos at rediculous prices on the offset that no other promo goes for sale on ebay and desperate collectors will pay rediculous prices. And occasionally silly people do it. Stuff all the hubub of trading - just buy it and finish the set etc etc.

As for 0P15 yer way over priced your looking at $3-4
