I presumed that it meant discarding your opponent's hand. That said, I would just play the Orcs then Shagrat.

The designer of #6 was worried that a strength 13 damage +1 enduring vitality 3 guy for [5] was too good, so I suggested giving him a drawback like discarding cards from hand (which is not always a drawback, I should add, given that it helps you cycle).
