From my point of view, tubes are essential for transportation etc.. but if I had an uncut sheet, $100.00 doesn't seem THAT bad to keep it mint forever and able to display.
And if you had, for example, 4 uncut sheets? Are you willing to shell out $400?

What if you had 10 sheets? 20?

My point is that at some point, it becomes impractical to store them in any way other than tubes, and so that is standard practice.

I would do exactly what you have done and pick the best one to frame, tube the rest.

Well in all cases listed above it seems tubes have been used for transport of the cards. Which is entirely understandable and in most cases the best way to do it. Decipher are not going to pay for framing for everything which is a no brainer.

But all i said was i would not keep it stored in a tube. Long term storage in a tube is just asking for the cards to bend and we all know when cards start to bow thats it.
